Shipping Timeframe: Made-to-order bridal or special occasion footwear is expected to ship from our workshop abroad within 8-10 weeks of your order. It's important to note that this timeframe covers the shipment itself, so you should allow an additional 1-2 weeks for the delivery. When considering your order, keep in mind whether you'll need your footwear for apparel fittings. In summary, it's reasonable to expect a 10-12 week timeframe from the date of your order to delivery.

Refund Policy: Bridal and special occasion footwear is non-refundable. However, you do have the option to exchange your purchase for an alternate size or receive store credit.
