All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, we complete:

Multiple Delivery Addresses Our system currently does not support delivery to multiple addresses in a single order. To deliver to different locations, please place separate orders. Customs Fees & VAT (International Orders) All international shipments are processed on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Ettagrove does not collect VAT or import duties at checkout.
