At Ettagrove, we are committed to building a creative and responsible on-demand printing marketplace where users can design and sell custom products, including clothing and accessories.

We are absolutely zero-tolerance policy toward any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and related protections. Respecting the rights of creators and trademark owners is a core principle of our platform.

1. Report intellectual property infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been used on Ettagrove without permission, please submit a formal infringement notice to our designated representative.

Upon receiving a valid and complete report, we will promptly review the complaint and take appropriate action, including removing or restricting access to the reported content. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

To submit the report, please provide the following information:

  • Identify the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed (including registration information, if available).
  • Provide a clear description of the alleged copyright infringement, along with the exact URL or location of that content on the Ettagrove platform.
  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law
  • A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
  • Your electronic or physical signature

2. Review and enforcement

Once a valid infringement notice is received:

  • The reported content will be removed or access will be disabled
  • The user responsible for the content will be notified

Accounts associated with repeated infringement may be permanently terminated in accordance with our policies.

3. Counter notification procedure

If you believe that your content has been removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its previous location on the platform
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court for legal proceedings
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Ettagrove may notify the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated by the rights holder, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days.

4. Misrepresentation and legal responsibility

Submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, individuals who knowingly misrepresent claims may be held responsible for damages, including legal fees.
