The Billustration Josh Allen Custom Hat 2026 is linked to a meaningful charity initiative in Buffalo, connecting Josh Allen with young artists being cared for at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Buffalo. In the 2026 campaign, eight children created unique cap designs, with proceeds from the collection going to the Patricia Allen Foundation.

The colorful design shown here was created by Jack, an 8-year-old patient, inspired by his love of color. Each color patch is intentionally embellished with a different bright shade, creating a playful and energetic look. Josh Allen wore the hat designed by Jack on September 17, 2026, during Buffalo’s home game against Detroit.

The hat combines patches of lime green, turquoise, purple, cream, blue, pink, and orange with a bright blue curved brim. The front features a minimalist illustration of a charging bison accented with a red stripe. Additional embroidered details make the hat particularly striking. One side features a playful turkey holding a rugby ball, while the back combines blue and pink panels with Buffalo-inspired embroidered graphics above a light blue adjustable buckle.

The Billustration Project gives young patients at the hospital the chance to transform their creativity and personal experiences into wearable works of art. Jack’s design focuses on color and self-expression, while the broader campaign helps raise funds for pediatric care through the Patricia Allen Foundation.

This program continues the strong fundraising momentum from last season, when the Billustration campaign raised over $140,000 for Golisano Children’s Hospital.
