Alcoholic & Autistic I’ve Got The ISM And The TISM T-shirt – Funny T-shirt for Adults

In 2026, the phrase “ISM and TISM” continues to appear on online clothing sites, reflecting the popularity of short, self-deprecating humor in meme-inspired fashion. The term “tism” is often used online as informal slang to refer to autism, particularly in humorous or self-descriptive conversations within the neurodiversity community; its meaning and reception can be highly context-dependent.

Alcoholic & Autistic I’ve Got The ISM And The TISM T-shirt

The Alcoholic & Autistic I’ve Got The ISM And The TISM T-shirt transforms an intentionally controversial phrase into a simple manifesto design. Based on the provided image, the white short-sleeved t-shirt features bold black lettering on the upper back that reads “Alcoholist & Autism: I Have ISM and TISM.”

This shirt is best suited for the humorous self-deprecating style of adults who understand the phrase and its online cultural context. The sophisticated visual design balances with the blunt language, creating a memorable t-shirt for outings, gatherings, and comfortable everyday wear.

Add the shirt to your wardrobe today and show off your sense of humor with this bold, simple design that sparks conversation.
