MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) FOOTWEAR:

Refund Policy: Made-to-order footwear is non-refundable. However, you do have the option to exchange your purchase for store credit.

How MTO Works: We accept preorders continuously and submit them to our partner factory on a quarterly basis. The submission deadlines are January 7, April 7, July 7, and October 7 at 11:59 PM EST. If you place your preorder before the deadline, it will be included in that quarter's submission.

For the HALEIGH II, production can take anywhere from ten to twelve weeks (we use a special outsole), followed by an additional one to two weeks for shipping to the United States from abroad. We believe that the time invested in crafting MTO items results in exceptional quality and a truly unique product for you. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated!

Because we focus on small-batch production, there may be instances where we need to cap the number of orders for a particular product to maintain our quality standards. So, we encourage you to order early!
