BRIDAL/SPECIAL OCCASION ITEMS:

Shipping Timeframe: Made-to-order bridal or special occasion items are expected to ship from our workshop abroad within 8-10 weeks of your order. It's important to note that this timeframe covers the shipment itself, so you should allow an additional 1-2 weeks for the delivery. When considering your order, keep in mind whether you'll need your product for apparel fittings. In summary, it's reasonable to expect a 10-12 week timeframe from the date of your order to delivery.

Refund Policy: Bridal and special occasion products are non-refundable. However, you do have the option to exchange your purchase for a store credit.

Matching: If you intend to buy both Etta Grove Bridal/Special Occasion Footwear and a Handbag, it is advisable to buy them together to increase probability of a better color match. This is because fabrics used in these products are produced in batches, and there may be slight color variations between different batches.
