Preorders are reservations for products that are not currently in stock but will be soon. By preordering, you can ensure that you beat any sell-outs. Preorders also allow our business to gauge the popularity of particular styles, materials, and sizes.

They tell us the quantity of materials we need to order for each batch. Less material waste is better for us and the environment.

Preordering with Etta Grove is like purchasing something "made-to-order" because you will ensure that you receive our luxe shoes or bags from the next manufactured batch. Our preordered merchandise is handcrafted abroad and then sent to the United States for distribution directly to you!

What Are the Cons to NOT Preordering?

In addition to missing out on the above-mentioned benefits of preordering, you may lose out on a product entirely!

Preorders give us valuable insight into what styles consumers like. If an item is less popular, it may be pulled from our shop to make room for newer products. So don't miss out on an item you like!

How Long Is the Preorder Window Open?

We open our preorder window for two weeks, so while you have time to consider, it's better to act fast. We take popularity into account and can extend the window at our discretion.

When Will Customers Be Charged for Preorders?

Etta Grove will charge your payment method when you preorder. If you receive the item and wish to return it, you may request a refund consistent with our Return and Exchange Policy.

When Do Preordered Items Ship?

Typically, items ship ten weeks after the preorder window closes. Our first  anticipated ship date is January 2, 2023.

Each preorder item comes with an anticipated shipping date. Though we cannot guarantee a specific date, we will do our best to adhere to the estimated timeframe.

Special circumstances may impact the shipping process. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Health-related staffing shortages
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Global transportation issues like low-capacity ports
