What Are the Cons to NOT Preordering?

Preorders give us valuable insight into what styles consumers like. If an item is less popular, it may be pulled from our shop to make room for newer products. So don't miss out on an item you like!

How Long Is the Preorder Window Open?

Generally, we open our preorder window for two weeks, so while you have time to consider, it's better to act fast. We take popularity into account and can extend the window at our discretion.

When Will Customers Be Charged for Preorders?

Etta Grove will charge your payment method when you preorder. If you receive the item and wish to return it, you may request a refund consistent with our Return and Exchange Policy.

When Do Preordered Items Ship?

Each preorder item comes with an anticipated ship date indicated at the end of each product listing. Though we cannot guarantee a specific date, we will do our best to adhere to the estimated timeframe.

Small or Limited Batches?

We understand that customers want their purchases as soon as possible, So, sometimes, rather than sell our products through preorders solely, we will place small or limited batch production orders with our factory so that we can have some inventory on-hand. This remains consistent with our commitment to reducing production waste. Also, it is cost efficient, improves quality control, and allows greater flexibility in adjusting a design if we see fit.
